**About the Role**

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at BluePearl Pet Hospital. As a key member of our hospital team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional care and attention.

**Responsibilities**
  • Greet and make friendly eye contact with every client, offering a warm and professional acknowledgement.
  • Assess the client's needs and the pet's condition upon arrival, determining whether an emergency arrival is stat or standard.
  • Respond to non-patient calls and visitors, connecting them to the appropriate team member.
  • Confirm appointments in advance, ensuring clients receive accurate information about preparing their pet for the appointment.
  • Offer emotional support and resource materials to grieving clients in a compassionate and discreet manner.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and service agencies during the handling of pet remains, ensuring a complete, accurate, and compassionate process.
