Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional customer service and creates memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bowling Entertainment Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service, resolve guest complaints, and promote our products and services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be able to lift up to 25 pounds. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.

Shift and Availability:

We offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends. As a Bowling Entertainment Professional, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends. You must be available to work at least 20 hours per week.
