Operations Director

We are a leading provider of building automation and commercial HVAC solutions, seeking an experienced Operations Director - Client Services to drive revenue growth through our building analytics and HVAC optimization solutions.

The Operations Director - Client Services will lead all phases of our building automation systems (BAS) and Client Services business to ensure maximum agreement base growth, associate development, pull-through sales, operational delivery, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grow and retain the associates on the team through servant leadership, one-on-one coaching, internal and external training, and associate development plans.
• Continually build and maintain a network of industry contacts to actively contribute to recruiting and onboarding new associates.
• Build trust and create strong collaboration between operations and sales, and across Brightpath Associates LLC departments.
• Retain annual agreement clients through outstanding customer communication, on-time PM delivery, and providing service with a sense of urgency.
• Grow the maintenance base by redeeming annual sales plans for new agreements, effectively escalating renewed agreements, and expanding service offerings to existing clients.
• Maximize annual pull-through sales (T&M and Turn-key projects) by understanding client needs, leveraging unique data and insights, and implementing new technology and solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree, preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of commercial BAS experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience.
• Strong financial acumen.
