Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team in Auburn, WA. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of K-12 students with physical disabilities or developmental delays.

About the Role

As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, and providing direct therapy and consultations to support student mobility and physical function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' strengths and needs.
  • Create personalized treatment plans that cater to each student's unique requirements.
  • Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to promote students' physical functioning and mobility.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • A valid WAPT license to practice as a Physical Therapist in Washington State.
  • Prior experience working with pediatric patients or in school settings is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • The ability to manage a caseload independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a flexible schedule and opportunities for professional growth and development.
