Fisher-Titus Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team. As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and diagnose patient and family needs to provide high-quality care to assigned patients.
- Develop, discuss, and communicate a realistic plan of care for each patient, in collaboration with each patient/family/support person to address all identified needs.
- Implement medical plans of care, nursing interventions, and procedures as necessary for the care of the patient.
- Evaluate the identified problems, care provided, and patient's responses to ensure overall quality of care delivered.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care provided to ensure the integration of information for use by the healthcare team.
- Maintain current knowledge/certification/licensure and pursue professional growth and development.
- Demonstrate respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible, and courteous environment.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice.
- Current certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an ICU setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
