We are currently seeking a Operations Supervisor with TS/SCI and polygraph to become an integral part of our team. This role will focus on the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of resources necessary to fulfill contract obligations. The Operations Supervisor will report directly to the Contract Program Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a senior technical consultant to the assigned client.
- Perform weekly quality assurance evaluations of geolocations to ensure compliance with client specifications.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is mandatory.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in operational management, mission oversight, personnel administration, and staff supervision.
- At least five (5) years of experience in generating Time/Frequency Difference of Arrival (T/FDOA) geolocation solutions from airborne and spaceborne platforms or precision geolocation solutions for known actionable personal communications devices utilizing Remote Aerial Precision Geolocation systems with Department of Defense clients.
- Availability for 24/7 support at government sites or Off-Site for both clients and contract personnel.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities and the capacity to thrive in a dynamic, complex operational setting.
- Willingness to engage in shift work (Rotating 90-day cycles).
