We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Arbor Court. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, exceeding company and regulatory standards.
- Assess and document resident conditions and nursing needs, accurately and promptly implementing physicians' orders.
- Lead individualized nursing care plans, assigning tasks to team members as needed.
- Administer medications, start IVs, and perform treatments for assigned residents.
- Ensure supplies are utilized economically and equipment is maintained in a safe manner.
- Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
- One year of nursing experience preferred.
- Valid LPN or RN license for the state of Iowa required.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for full-time RN candidates.
- Baylor Pay - work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours.
- Shift Differential Pay (at participating locations).
- Paid Time Off (PTO+) added to your balance after 30 days of employment.
- 6 Observed Holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 Floating Holiday for full-time employees.
- Up to $5,000 per year in tuition/education reimbursement for approved programs.
- 401(k) Retirement plan with company-matched contributions after 1 year of employment.
- Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and other voluntary Insurances for full-time employees.
