Key Responsibilities:

Develop Proficiency: Basic consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending

Execute Branch Leads: Consistent execution of all customer transaction requests, identification of opportunities to convert transactions to qualified sales or referral leads

Adhere to FNB Policies: Strategies, and Core Values

Primary Responsibilities:

Promote Sales Process: Greeting customers, identifying customer service and product needs, leveraging sales leads, and outbound calling

Make Recommendations: Selling and cross-selling of Bank products and services

Identify and Achieve Goals: Individual weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager

Incorporate Digital Products: FNB digital products and services into customer interactions

Input and Maintain Data: FNB approved branch technology, effective data quality for all referrals, customers, and applicants

Complete Relationships: New and existing relationships according to consumer bank standards

Perform Routine Duties: Traditional teller transactions and other operational tasks according to established policies and procedures

Other Responsibilities: Projects as assigned

Compliance: Regulatory laws and company procedures

Requirements:

Education: High School or GED

Experience: 0 years

Skills: Excellent customer service skills, Excellent communication skills, Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills, Detail-oriented, Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software

Licensures/Certifications: Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry Identifier preferred but will be required
