Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor at the Basil Family Dealerships. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, equipment, and tools. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform minor electrical and plumbing repairs
  • Conduct drywall repair and painting
  • Assist with remodels and demolitions
  • Replace ceiling tiles
  • Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment
  • Rearrange office furniture and equipment
  • Assist with janitorial duties
  • Participate in seasonal landscaping and lawn maintenance
  • Assist with snow removal
  • Conduct monthly OSHA and fire prevention inspections

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to use hand and power tools
  • Ability to climb a ladder and lift at least 60lbs
