Job Summary

AdvantEdge is seeking a highly skilled Accela Programmer to join our team. As a Senior Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing computer systems and applications for the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and implement computer systems and applications for LARA.
  • Support a total of 5 instances of Accela spanning multiple agencies and additional agencies that utilize data from these systems.
  • Provide technical support to other team members and agency customers.
  • Serve as a Technical Consultant to the client to develop solutions and streamline critical business processes.
  • Maintain and modify existing Accela applications to support the agencies' business needs.
  • Develop additional applications to support the needs of the client Application Development Section, including but not limited to the support of existing web services and client-server applications.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience implementing and supporting the Accela Civic Platform (Accela Automation) for Licensing and Case Management and Accela Citizen Access.
  • 3-5 years of experience with reporting (AD HOC, Crystal reports, and SSRS).
  • 3-5 years of experience in the Accela environment with design, development, code review, and testing.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the Accela environment with setting up application security roles, best practices for security roles and FIDS.
  • 3-5 years of experience in the Accela environment with scripting and configuration (event, batch, pageflow, and expression).
  • 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server databases.
  • 1-3 years of experience promoting changes using Accela's Configuration Manager exports/imports.
  • Desired experience with Accela GIS, Accela Mobile apps, Accela payment adapter configurations, and Accela Data Migration Tool.
