We are seeking an experienced professional to join our recruiting team in Matthews, NC. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing full-cycle recruiting and HR support in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide full-cycle recruiting services, including maintaining job postings, updating HR systems, creating offer letters, tracking background checks, communicating with candidates, and attending career events
- Work closely with hiring managers to recruit, screen candidates, schedule interviews, and manage the entire hiring process
- Assist with administrative tasks such as processing job offers and pre-employment screening

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
- Ability to travel as needed
- Associate or bachelor's degree
- Proficient in using Workday
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (presentation skills)
