Radiologic Technologist

As a Radiologic Technologist at Mission Hospital, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Apply x-ray energy to assist in diagnosis or treatment, performing radiographic procedures and related techniques to produce images for interpretation by licensed practitioners.
- Exercise professional judgment in service performance, maintaining a demeanor complimentary to medical ethics, and assisting licensed practitioners with the management of non-narcotic medications.
- Provide appropriate patient care, recognizing patient conditions essential to successfully completing procedures, and serving neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Registry eligible with A.R.R.T. for no more than twelve months, registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
- C.P.R. certificate in Basic Life Support (B.L.S.).
- Maintain registry and not let it expire.
