Job Summary

Your primary focus will be to ensure that all equipment and vehicles are in optimal working condition through the completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.

You will accomplish this by communicating and coordinating with Managers, as well as listening to specialists and analyzing Vehicle Inspection Reports to prioritize your work.

You will be responsible for ordering and receiving parts and supplies, as well as completing necessary paperwork for the office and vendors.

Whenever possible, you will train field specialists on equipment maintenance and vehicle operations, all while maintaining a safe and orderly work environment in the Shop and Yard.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines and heavy equipment
  • Communicate and coordinate with Managers and specialists to ensure efficient workflow
  • Analyze Vehicle Inspection Reports to prioritize work and identify areas for improvement
  • Order and receive parts and supplies as needed
  • Complete necessary paperwork for the office and vendors
  • Train field specialists on equipment maintenance and vehicle operations
  • Maintain a safe and orderly work environment in the Shop and Yard
Requirements
  • Small engine repair experience
  • Two-stroke engine repair knowledge
  • Diesel engine repair and maintenance experience
  • Experience operating and maintaining aerial lifts (bucket) trucks
  • Experience with spray equipment, tanks, and pumps
  • Ability to read and comprehend instruction manuals and diagnostic charts
  • Valid Driver's license required, CDL preferred
  • ASE certification a plus
  • Must be authorized to lawfully work in the U.S.
