Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales and revenue growth by developing and executing strategic plans to increase membership sales and retention.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of CycleBar Experience (CBX) staff to ensure seamless execution of studio operations.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes customer loyalty and retention.
  • Marketing and Community Outreach: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute local marketing campaigns to attract new customers and drive sales.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in retail/service sales or fitness sales, with a proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer software, including Studio software.
