  • Provide exceptional customer service to professional drivers and other customers
  • Assist with arrival, parking, and general information for drivers using our Reserve-It parking program
  • Maintain the cleanliness of parking lots and fuel islands
  • Prioritize tasks according to customer and management needs
  • Follow safety guidelines and report any potential hazards
  • Establish strong communication and rapport with management team and coworkers
Requirements:
  • Dedicated and customer-focused individual with a positive attitude

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
