About the Role

We are seeking skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at ATC Alameda County. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in various healthcare settings, including nursing homes, hospitals, and assisted living facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and document patient progress
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
  • Current LPN/LVN license in the state of California
  • 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting (preferred)
  • CPR certification (preferred)
