Program Mission
In direct support of the Intelligence Community, the Cloud Management Office is tasked with implementing and maintaining essential cloud services for all agency users. While currently focused on an AWS-centric architecture, we are expanding into additional cloud environments, including Azure and Oracle, across Unclassified, Secret, and Top Secret domains. Your role will involve supporting the onboarding, provisioning, and management of all cloud resources for the agency.

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Managing cloud service operations across multiple networks for an Intelligence customer
• Operating, maintaining, and enhancing user cloud access and utilization
• Provisioning cloud access and user accounts
• Providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support
• Collecting and reporting on Cloud Management Infrastructure performance metrics
• Documenting baseline system engineering for Cloud Management Infrastructure
• Delivering snapshots and audit data
• Integrating new releases and features into the cloud environment
• Supporting the Risk Management Framework to secure and maintain Authority to Operate (ATO)

Required Qualifications
  • Mid to Senior Level Cloud Solutions Administrator experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency in AWS, Azure, Oracle, or other cloud platforms
  • Experience in managing customer support tickets
  • Knowledge of Linux system administration
  • Security certification (CompTIA Security+) or AWS/Azure certifications
  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required
