About the Role:

The Fitness Specialist and Medical Integration Lead will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness services, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and promoting our center's offerings to members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide fitness floor supervision and basic exercise instruction to members, guests, and medically integrated program participants.
  2. Screen health history information, coordinate medical clearance, and schedule appointments as needed.
  3. Conduct fitness assessments, deliver results, and provide personalized recommendations.
  4. Promote ancillary services, including personal training, wellness coaching, and nutrition services.
  5. Maintain facility cleanliness, inspect equipment, and report any required maintenance or repair.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related field, exercise science, kinesiology, or physical education.
  • Part-time work experience or internship in the fitness industry preferred.
  • CPR/AED certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Nationally recognized NCCA-accredited certification desired.
