The Logistics Coordinator will engage in daily interactions with multiple departments, including factory teams and the Procurement/Supply Chain division. The role requires a thorough review of approximately 35 engineering notices and drawings on a daily basis. Ideal candidates will possess experience in inventory management, proficiency in reading blueprints, and familiarity with SolidWorks. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment are key attributes for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Engineering Administrator to upload and manage product BOM data.
- Ensure all BOM uploads and modifications uphold the correct product structure.
- Process Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), Engineering Release Notices (ERNs), and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), including product drawing releases and BOM updates.
- Conduct audits on product uploads to guarantee data integrity and consistency within the ERP system.
- Verify all data referenced on engineering drawings and configurations.
- Develop and maintain process maps that outline engineering guidelines and procedures.
- Create and manage data reference spreadsheets.
Essential Skills:
- Blueprint reading proficiency
- Experience with ERP systems
- Inventory management expertise
- Advanced Excel skills (including v-lookups and pivot tables)
