School Counselor

We are seeking a Certified School Counselor to join our multidisciplinary team at River Rock Academy. As a School Counselor, you will work collaboratively with our team to provide guidance and support to students, focusing on their individual needs and the needs of the entire school community.

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions in a positive, therapeutic manner.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior/treatment plans.
• Maintain student confidentiality and oversee therapeutic relationships between staff and students.
