We are seeking a highly skilled Civil/Structural Construction Inspector to join our team at HDR. As an employee-owner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of construction projects.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-site observations and document progress for buildings and facilities
  • Inspect electrical, mechanical/HVAC, and site civil systems
  • Monitor and record project progress, including field materials sampling and testing
  • Coordinate with senior inspectors to review work while in progress
  • Perform other duties as required
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of construction inspection for major transportation/infrastructure projects
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license in New York or New Jersey
  • OSHA 30-hour training
  • ACI Concrete Special Inspection and ICC Structural Steel and Bolting certifications
