Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to commercial paint customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone to determine their needs and present appropriate products and services
  • Build trust relationships with wholesale customers to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with company policies and procedures
  • Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Maintain precise work order files and formulas to ensure accurate product delivery
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status
  • Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
