At Path Engineering, we're seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and repair industrial equipment to ensure safety, quality, and production goals.
- Work on pneumatic and hydraulic systems, gear boxes, bearings, belts, chains, rollers, pumps, and use a variety of hand and power tools.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders, perform simple machinist skills, and follow safety and health policies and procedures.
- Competitive pay rate starting at $27.71 to $32.92 based on experience and qualifications.
- $5,000 sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug coverage, and 401K with 6% company match.
- Opportunities for career growth, promotions from within, and annual & skills-based wage increases.
- Minimum 2-4 years of industrial maintenance experience or industrial maintenance associate's degree with a willingness to grow into the job.
- Must take and pass Ramsey Mechanical Aptitude Test.
- Computer skills and/or ability to be trained on work order system, and ability to effectively communicate to aid in troubleshooting.
