- Process, maintain, and analyze data to support decision-making.
- Develop and enforce safety, health, and environmental (SHE) objectives.
- Provide sensitive information and feedback to vendors and customer service teams.
- Generate reports and information packages for management review.
- Monitor material master data and ensure accuracy in procurement processes.
- Assist colleagues with overflow tasks as necessary.
- Keep comprehensive records and prepare presentations as needed.
- Supervise stock levels across multiple warehouse locations.
- Ensure smooth flow of purchased inventory.
- Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to identify challenges and develop solutions.
- Adapt to various roles within the supply chain as required.
- 2-5 years of experience in supply chain management.
- Familiarity with production planning, purchasing, and SAP is preferred.
- Strong team-oriented approach.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Desire for a challenging and intellectually stimulating work environment.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in computer applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and analytical abilities.
