This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week.

  • Reflecting Core Values: Embody the core values of Babette Home Care in all interactions.
  • Enhancing Client Quality of Life: Contribute to a positive living environment that enhances a client's quality of life.
  • Documentation and Communication: Document daily activities and report any significant changes in a client's needs or living conditions to the supervisor and franchise office staff.
  • Companionship and Home Helper Services: Provide companionship and conversation, assist with walking, prepare meals, clean up meal-related items, provide medication reminders, and perform light housekeeping tasks.
  • Personal Care Services: Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence issues.
  • Specialized Services: Provide advanced Alzheimer's/Dementia Care and Hospice Care as needed.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care.
