Bodega Latina is seeking a highly skilled Senior Pastry Chef to join our team at our Fontana location. Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

As a Senior Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and baking high-volume bakery products using standardized recipes. You will work closely with our Bakery Manager to ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and bake high-volume bakery products using standardized recipes.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and product ideas to enhance our menu offerings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a pastry chef in a commercial bakery setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of hours, including nights and weekends.
