Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language services to students in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and review Individual Education Programs (IEPs) for students on your caseload, ensuring that goals and objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support to students with communication disorders.
  • Conduct speech and language screenings and assessments to identify students' needs and develop effective intervention plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students, using evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and teachers to ensure that students are making progress towards their goals.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives to support students with communication disorders.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active Speech-Language Pathology license.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience working with students with communication disorders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced school environment.
