We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language services to students in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and review Individual Education Programs (IEPs) for students on your caseload, ensuring that goals and objectives are met.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support to students with communication disorders.
- Conduct speech and language screenings and assessments to identify students' needs and develop effective intervention plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students, using evidence-based practices and techniques.
- Communicate regularly with parents and teachers to ensure that students are making progress towards their goals.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in speech-language pathology.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives to support students with communication disorders.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience working with students with communication disorders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced school environment.
