This rewarding role involves assessing patients' needs, developing personalized care plans, and implementing effective treatment strategies to help patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to determine their physical therapy needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments
  • Utilize appropriate therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate recovery
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, exercises, and self-care strategies
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Experience in pediatrics, geriatrics, orthopedics, or home health is preferred
  • Familiarity with outpatient clinic settings and care plan development is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare systems is beneficial
