Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to address their unique needs.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic activities and exercises to improve patients' physical and mental well-being.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment to promote independence and self-care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans and ensure seamless patient care.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize results.
Requirements
  • Occupational Therapist (OT) License
  • BLS Certifications
  • Two years of recent Occupational Therapist experience
  • Strong communication and adaptability skills
