Insulation Specialist

Brown & Root Industrial Services is seeking a skilled Insulator Foreman to join our team.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Insulator Foreman to lead our insulation team. As an Insulator Foreman, you will be responsible for applying, removing, and repairing insulation on equipment, pipes, ductwork, and other mechanical systems.

• Apply, remove, and repair insulation on equipment, pipes, ductwork, and other mechanical systems.
• Determine the amounts and select required insulation material.
• Cover, seal, or finish insulated surfaces or access holes with plastic covers, canvas strips, sealants, tape, cement, or asphalt mastic.
• Install sheet metal around insulated pipes with screws to protect the insulation from weather conditions or physical damage.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in insulation or a related field.
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor.
