We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Host to join our team at White Barn Inn. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests from arrival to departure.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Greet guests warmly and provide courteous service
* Efficiently handle check-ins and seating
* Answer phones, take reservations, and maintain accurate records in reservation systems
* Coordinate with restaurant and/or pool staff to optimize guest placements
* Assist with preparation of station charts and guide servers and support staff
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and assigned work areas
* Monitor and update guest profiles and special requests
* Ensure menus and wine lists are clean and up-to-date
* Resolve guest complaints promptly
* Familiarize yourself with all hotel services and respond accurately to guest inquiries

* Familiarity with reservation systems and hotel operations
