About the Role:
  • Assess and evaluate patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, home assessments, and adaptive equipment.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
  • Conduct patient assessments, evaluating the level of function by applying diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests.
  • Consult with physicians to develop therapy plans of care and observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment.
Requirements:
  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Oklahoma.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
