The Wente Family Estates is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Host to join our team at The Grill at The Course at Wente Vineyards. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide a warm and friendly greeting to all guests, ensuring a positive first impression of our establishment.
  • Efficiently manage the seating process, ensuring that guests are seated in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our menu, wine list, and daily specials to effectively assist guests with their dining experience.
  • Work closely with the server team to ensure seamless service and a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized dining area, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, servers, and other team members.
