Responsibilities- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), VB MAPP, AFLS, and ABLLS-R assessments.
- Develop treatment plans based on FBA findings using evidence-based practices.
- Provide clinical supervision of BHT or RBT workers.
- Direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community environments.
- Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
- Collect data during each session with the client.
- Analyze data to adapt and adjust programming.
- Provide support to parents, teachers, or community officials.
- Implement consequences relating to appropriate and inappropriate behavior.
- Establish coordination of communication with other supporting agencies.
- BACB Certification in good standing.
- Behavior Specialist License required.
- Master's Degree in a mental health field and one year of documented paid experience working with children, adolescents, or youth.

We offer tuition reduction opportunities for all staff levels and their families, with rates varying based on the institution chosen. Our active partnerships include Capella University, Chicago School of Psychology, and Purdue Global.
Staff must have appropriate background checks, transcripts of their degree, and clearances to work in direct contact with children and adolescents, as well as participate in Medicaid and Medicare programs. They must also complete the NSOR Verification and an active Mandated Reporting Certificate (Act 31).
