Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team at Northeast Georgia Health System, Inc. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing CT and X-ray procedures at a technical level, requiring independent judgment and initiative to apply ionizing radiation for diagnosis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT and X-ray equipment according to equipment specifications, adhering to infection control and safety practices.
  • Produce quality images consistently within established protocols, maintaining processors and diagnosing processing problems.
  • Assess patients according to exam ordered, with appropriate documentation and patient education.
  • Comply with RIS standards, accurately and completely utilizing the system for orders, arrivals, starts, completions, cancellations, and record complications.
Requirements
  • Current ARRT licensure.
  • High School Diploma or GED, with a graduate degree from an accredited ARRT program.
  • Minimum of two years of experience as a CT Technologist.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Preferred licensure or certifications.
  • Preferred educational requirements.
  • Preferred experience: minimum of two years as a CT Technologist.
