Job Summary

UCHealth is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality imaging services to patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' internal structures
  • Review patient history and physician orders to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures
  • Administer contrast media and medications as needed, while monitoring patient condition
  • Respond to changes in patient condition and report as necessary
  • Implement techniques to yield clarity in image quality and equipment functionality
  • Perform 3-D post-processing and enter, transmit, and report scan results
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
  • Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) and registered, and/or registry eligible with completion of registry in 12 months in computed tomography (CT) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • State licensure if required by law
  • BLS - BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
