Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineering Manager to lead our data strategy and drive business growth through data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data modeling, warehouse design, and complex SQL queries, as well as experience in implementing machine learning models and working with data cloud platforms.

As a Data Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive data strategy, deploying and maintaining machine learning models, and optimizing ETL processes to ensure data accessibility and integrity.

You will also collaborate with leaders across the enterprise to ensure seamless integration of data initiatives and strive to understand and translate business processes into data architecture, ETL requirements, and analytical models.

Additionally, you will demonstrate proactive thought-leadership by actively keeping up to date on data architecture and technology trends and evaluating and implementing solutions to optimize data management and analysis capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field and seven years progressively responsible experience in data modeling, warehouse design, and writing complex SQL queries; or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in writing/debugging code in open source languages or equivalent and extensive development skills utilizing databases and experience in implementing machine learning models.
  • Strong programming skills in Python or equivalent programming language with a strong hands-on knowledge of Data Cloud Platforms.
