Document Reviewer for Contract Position

Duration: 12 Months Contract (With a High Possible Extension)
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Document Review Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing electronic documents against established guidelines.
Your primary objective will be to identify final documents requiring retention and ensure proper classification. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of document assessments and decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Strong Attention to Detail: You should have a keen eye for detail and accuracy in document review.
- Familiarity with Documentation: Experience with documentation related to community development and regulation, such as land management, permitting, inspections, etc., is highly desirable.
- Excellent Organizational Skills: You must be able to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for working effectively in a team environment.
The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
