We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Jobot. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and for implementing processes and procedures to improve our quality management system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and support to employees on quality procedures and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems, including ISO/TS 16949.
- Knowledge of statistical tools and techniques, including APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, and PPAP.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
