Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Emergency Room, including assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records to ensure continuity of care.
- 2 years of experience in Emergency Room nursing.
- Active ACLS, BLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications.
- EPIC experience required.
- Ability to work varied shift start times, including 7, 10, 11, 12, 1, and 3.
- Modified self-scheduling to ensure flexibility and work-life balance.
- 52 beds with 4 trauma bays in the Emergency Room.
- 6 fast track beds for efficient patient flow.
- Quick look areas for triage and assessment.
- Security presence in the Emergency Room 24/7.
- 200 patients treated per day in the Emergency Room.
