Job Summary

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires 3 years of RN experience and 24/7 accountability. You will work with patients who have implanted intrathecal drug delivery devices, providing comprehensive patient assessments, nursing interventions, pump refills, dose adjustments, and patient education.

Responsibilities
  • Meet the needs of patients with implanted intrathecal drug delivery devices through comprehensive patient assessments and nursing interventions.
  • Provide pump refills, dose adjustments, and patient education to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the prescribing physician, patient, and caregivers as needed.
  • Maintain patient records in compliance with state, HIPAA, and TJC requirements.
  • Actively participate in Shared Governance and integrate evidence-based research into practice.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse and ability to become licensed in another state if needed.
  • 3 years of RN experience and 24/7 accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and be a resourceful, proactive problem solver.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, customer service, and organization skills.
