Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and attentive cook to join our team at Claremore Skilled Nursing & Therapy. As a cook, you will play a vital role in preparing delicious and nutritious meals for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare meals and beverages using established procedures and guidelines.
  • Serve meals in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining high standards of sanitation and quality.
  • Store food and supplies in a clean and organized manner to prevent spoilage and maintain a safe environment.
  • Accurately record meal service and monitor food temperatures to ensure quality and safety.
  • Clean assigned dining areas and wash dishes and utensils according to acceptable standards of practice.
Requirements
  • One or more years of experience in a skilled nursing facility environment preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
