We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Direct Care Professional in a residential program supporting adults with developmental disabilities. As a member of our team, you will provide assistance with daily activities, ensure a structured routine, and facilitate community outings.
Responsibilities- Assist with daily activities, including meal preparation, personal care, and medical appointments
- Provide opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community through outings and activities
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for individuals with developmental disabilities
- Valid Massachusetts C.N.A. License
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Tuition Assistance Program
