About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at Comoto. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers, providing in-depth product knowledge, and assisting with store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and achieve daily sales objectives
  • Maintain store aesthetics, including cleaning, stocking, and merchandising
  • Stay up-to-date with brand and product knowledge, company information, and sales events
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, returns, and special orders

Requirements
  • 1 year + of Key Holder or Sales Lead experience, or an equivalent role at a retail store
  • 2 years + of sales or customer service experience
  • A self-starter mentality and ability to deliver an outstanding retail experience
  • Experience with computers and POS systems, particularly RetailPro
  • Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest (strongly desired, but not a requirement)
