HVAC Assistant

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Helper to join our team at One Source Heating and Cooling. As a key member of our installation crew, you will assist our experienced technicians in delivering top-notch service to our customers.

• Support HVAC installers in equipment installation and maintenance.
• Transport and handle tools and materials on job sites.
• Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
• Learn and adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Assist in measuring and cutting materials.
• Provide support during equipment setup and connection.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs.
• Follow lead installers' instructions and guidance.

• EPA certification is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing.
• Commitment to ongoing education and training.
• Experience with forced hot air/hot water systems.
• Plumbing experience a plus, but not necessary.
• Ability to lift and carry 50-75lbs consistently.
• Authorization to work in the US.

• $15.00-$18.00 hourly.
