We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Installation Superintendent to join our team at Global Finishing Solutions, LLC. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

• Site Management: Oversee the installation process, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of installation staff and subcontractors, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the necessary skills and resources to complete their tasks.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all work meets the required quality standards, identifying and addressing any issues or defects promptly.
• Safety Management: Ensure that all site personnel are aware of and comply with safety protocols and procedures, taking immediate action to address any safety concerns or incidents.
• Communication: Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned with project progress and any issues that may arise.

• Education: Associate's degree in Construction Management, Building Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in construction site management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Leadership Experience: 1-2 years of leadership experience, with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team of installation staff and subcontractors.
• Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of construction site safety rules and regulations, as well as installation and general construction applications and terminology.
