Seeking Compassionate Registered Nurses for Hospice Care

BAYADA Home Health Care is dedicated to providing exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in providing high-quality hospice care to individuals in need.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing direct patient care and support to clients in their homes
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitoring clients' conditions and reporting changes to clinical or client services managers
  • Executing and documenting doctors' orders
  • Performing client assessments as necessary
Qualifications:
  • A current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in NJ
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience
  • Prior home care and/or hospice experience strongly preferred, but not required
  • Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
  • Ability to travel to cases as assigned
