Master Technician Job Description

At Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our team. As a Master Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests by professionally servicing their vehicles and ensuring quality work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch service to our guests by diagnosing and repairing complex vehicle issues.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake services.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and techniques through ongoing training and education.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and quality results.
  • Participate in ongoing quality control and improvement initiatives to ensure our service center meets the highest standards.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on brake systems.
  • ASE certification in A5 - Brakes and other relevant areas.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
