We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at AccentCare. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and improving the quality of living for our patients.
Job SummaryThis is a full-time position that requires a minimum of nine months of experience as a physical therapist. Preferred community/home health experience is a plus. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in physical therapy approved by CAPTE and be currently licensed to practice as a physical therapist within the state of agency operation.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and develop individualized treatment plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
