As an Orthodontic Treatment Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care to our patients, working closely with our experienced Orthodontists. In this role, you will assist during exams and procedures, maintaining a clean and organized treatment environment. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with patients, addressing their concerns and needs. Additionally, you will contribute to administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and preparing patient records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcoming patients and ensuring their comfort throughout their visit.
  • Collaborating with the Orthodontist to develop personalized dental care plans.
  • Performing various orthodontic procedures under the supervision of the Orthodontist.
  • Preparing and sterilizing equipment for treatments.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and schedules.

Requirements
  • Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certification or Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) state licensure.
  • Previous experience in dental assisting (training provided for qualified candidates).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to providing outstanding patient care.

Compensation Package: Competitive salary range: $58,000 - $68,000 per year depending on qualifications and experience.
